How to remain healthy and fit? We’ve got some tips for you!

  • It is very important to have enough sleep. Sleep has a positive influence on your health and it helps you avoid sicknesses!
     
  • Your immune system helps you to remain healthy. To keep a good immune system, you have to eat varied food and enough fruits and vegetables. Sometimes, taking a few extra vitamins aren’t a bad idea.
     
  • Wash your hands a few times a day! It keeps of bad bacteria which make you sick
     
  • Keep yourself warm! Pull on a nice and warm sweater instead of that pretty dress
     
  • Move, move, move! Working-out is a perfect way to avoid sicknesses.
     
  • Make sure you relax a bit. Take a bath, read a book, just forget about your busyness
     
  • Drink enough water. Try to drink at least seven glasses of water a day, because water keeps your body healthy.
