Succeed on your plans!

10-01-2012 @ 12:01:39 by Sensor

Did you make a list with new good resolutions for the new year? But afraid to fail them all? We’ve got some tips for you which increase the chance of you succeeding ;)

Evaluate former years
Did you fail on the plans you had last year? Try to determine what the cause was, and adapt your goal to the results!

You have to really really really really want it!
Don’t try to achieve new goals for somebody else! If your best friend quits smoking but you don’t really want to, you will probably smoke again in a month time…

Keep it simple!
Think thoroughly about your plans and keep them simple. Be very specific about what you want, be-cause only this way you will be able to succeed. Keep your plans also realistic… you cannot lose 20 pounds in one week!

Spread the word
Tell your family, friends and colleagues about your plans. If everyone knows what you are doing, they can show consideration and help you when things are hard.
