HAN teacher in All You Need Is Love

11-01-2012 @ 12:22:45 by Sensor

Maybe you heard it already, or maybe you even saw TV-personality Robert ten Brink at the HAN. He visited HAN teacher Jan Berkens (Pedagogy) with his television crew from the programme ‘All you need is Love’.

Message

While Jan was teaching, Robert ten Brink suddenly entered the classroom. Jan’s lover from Brazil had a message for him…

Extraordinary love story

One year ago, Jan met his Brazilian girlfriend Beatriz during his vacation. After this meeting, they had contact only once more. Jan’s brother, his colleague Charlotte, and student Juliette had all written a letter to the famous television programme about this love story.

New Year in Brazil

Jan was extremely surprised when it turned out that Beatriz had travelled to the Netherlands and was waiting for him outside his classroom. ‘It is the best present I have ever gotten’, Jan says. During the Christmas holidays, the two love birds flew to Brazil to celebrate New Year’s Day over there. They are still there.

In next week’s Sensor; an interview with Jan about his romantic adventure.
