The egg helps!

Throw away your red bull and other energizing drinks of snacks. The sugars in these products cause you to fall asleep. Here is what you do: eat an egg!

Research on egg-influence

The University in Cambridge did research and concluded that you’d better eat an egg when you are tired and should be studying. Especially the egg white gives a boost and even better: you are burning more calories with eating an egg. The University has not investigated whether an egg avoids your evening dip, but you could try it out yourself!
