Renovation building GGM almost ready

06-09-2011 @ 13:13:24 by Sensor

During the start of the new school year, the C-wing of the main premises at the campus still seemed a mess. But now, a few weeks later, the end of the renovation is near.

Bad weather obstrucs renovation

Lost classrooms, demolished walls and big holes… The planned internal renovations of the faculty of Health, Social behaviour and Society (GGM) were slowed down because of unforeseen troubles and bad weather.

Ready for the first lessons

Despite this, education has not been obstructed by these troubles according to project manager Renee Slinkers. It was worth the waiting: new class rooms, music halls and drama rooms. Slinkers: ‘It’s getting on now. Even employees worked hard to get the class rooms ready for the first lessons. Still, the rounding off will have noticeable effects here and there. We hope that students and employees will understand this and have sympathy.’
