People often start with new good intentions in January, after the Christmas holidays at the start of a new year. But did you know that you achieve better in September? September is the month to make desperate changes…

Why September?

After the summer holidays, people decide to start eating healthier, lose weight, subscribe to a gym, quit smoking and other things. This is caused by the fact that people have more time to think during the holidays, and come to a rest. The trick is to hang on in there, because there is more chance to succeed in September: whereas we feel exhausted in the winter, we are fit and productive in September!

'Points of improvement'

Don’t set up unrealistic ideas and achievements, while you are more likely to give up. If you really want to change your lifestyle you had better deal with your ‘points of improvement’ one by one.
