Last year, the minor Sustainable Development was done twice at the HAN, of which one time in Dutch. Amongst the thirteen German students who followed the minor, six went to El Salvador for a practical training.

Ambassador organizes reception

These six students added to the number of students who had already been to El Salvador before, and the number of students who will go in the future to do their final project, gives a great number of students who call forth their skills for El Salvador. For this group of students, the ambassador of El Salvador in Germany invited the students and employees for a reception.

Minor on international cooperation

The minor Sustainable Development is about international cooperation and intercultural communication. The students who have already been into practical training, did projects such as coaching in child welfare and psychosocial support within human rights-organizations.
