Job needs to be fun!

Students and young employees find it more important to have a fun job, than their salaries. The re-search Motivation Monitor 2011 found these results, after inquiries amongst young employees and students.

Balance

More than 60 per cent of the participants think that it is more important to find pleasure in a job, than a high salary. The most important ambition is a balance between work and private matters. Moreover, 40 per cent of the students expects that they have to fight to get a job after their graduation.
