Compared to last year, travelers complain a lot less. During the first six months of 2010, the office got 700 complaints every month. This year, the office dealt with respectively 422 and 385 complaints during February and March.
The NS (National Railway company) and the company which provides the public transport pass gained most complaints, respectively 493 and 350, followed by Conexxion with 180 complaints for this year.
