Holland beats Germany in soccer tournament

Lokaal ’99 again successfully organized their annual soccer-tournament in park Presikhaaf, in Arnhem. Eighteen teams enjoyed the game, competing against each other to win the cup and of course, eternal glory.

Crazy names

As every year, the most creative team names stood out. The Flügelhoertjes Returns (trans.: Flügel-whores Returns) participated again, and also the team EHBO naar veld 2 (trans.: First Aid to field 2) competed.

Golden goal does it

The final was a classic: between Holland (All Stars) and Germany (Franco German Connection). Hol-land defeated Germany in a miraculous way, with a golden goal which ended the game. After the games all soccer players enjoyed the barbecue and the after party which was held in Lokaal ’99.
