Robot takes over student's work

If you cannot go to University because of health problems, you get yourself a robot which can go to school instead. Lynden Baty from Knox City in Texas, has a severely damaged immunity system, which holds him back from going to school. To make sure he can follow every single lesson, he uses a robot which can be directed from his very own bed.
Costs
The robot is his eyes and his ears in the school. To communicate with other students, he only needs a laptop and a webcam at home. The robot, called Vgo, functions via wifi, can function for ten hours in a row and weighs a bit more than eight kilogram. You can even see the owner of the robot on the display. The robot costs approximately six thousand dollars, inclusive a service contract of a year.
