Heating off, sweater on

All buildings of HAN University will turn off their heating on 4 February. With participating in the national warm-sweater-day the HAN shows to be concerned about sustainable behaviour.

Sustainable input

One of the goals of this is getting aware of the emissions of greenhouse gasses, but other goals are also saving more energy. In 2011, the HAN will spend all the money which has been saved on a sustainable input: light working because of sun energy for children in development projects. This way, these children can study during the evenings and finish their school.
