General tendency for next study year

Astrologists work with the course of planets through the zodiac to study the tendency for the future. The autumn of 2009 and the first half of 2010 show exciting changes. We are collectively facing a big turnabout. De economical crisis will lead to a totally different mentality. That process will start reasonably calm and initially with a certain passivity. We all let it happen to us. But from June onwards, it does not seem that peaceful anymore. Social commotion and aggression may erupt. Of course we all react very personally to these cosmic movements. Below, an impression of this with all signs of the zodiac.
 

Aries – the Ram
(21 March - 20 April)

Personal: High time to make clear choices in relationships by the end of October. Do you really want to go for it or end it? You are often very doubtful in 2010, which is not really like you. But from June on, big changes can be expected. You choose for yourself and for your freedom. Maybe you can make that journey, after all?
Study and Job: This school year starts a little awkward. From the second half of October you start to achieve better. To be disciplined remains a problem for you. If study or job doesn’t really fit you, this is a risk factor. But don’t mourn too long, because new enthusiasm erupts from June on.
 

Taurus – the Bull
(21 April – 20 May)

Personal: It is getting very enjoyable in your circle of friends and you meet lots of new, interesting people. In April things get a little awkward. Is there an area of tension between you and your lover or your friends? And who will you choose for?
Study and Job: If you combine study and job, this turns out to work worse than expected. Especially between November and January this will cause problems. In this period it gets hard for you to achieve well. It looks like what you learn or know, is not what suits the teachers’ intensions. Postpone important business, if possible. From April on study and job will work out fine.
 

Gemini – the Twins
(21 May – 21 June)

Personal: Your flexibility is your strength, but your pitfall as well. This year challenges you to expand your borders. Love could be crossing your path, too. You only want a serious relation. And if you already have a relation that does not work out, you draw your conclusions out of it.
Study and Job: Between November and January you will have to work very hard. This causes stress which does not make you happy. You think too much about the feasibility of your future plans. Your ideals lie high and are therefore fragile. Just see your dreams as a source of inspiration, without wanting to aim for them.
 

Cancer – the Crab
(22 June – 22 July)

Personal: Your private life can get very busy because of a removal, alteration or family matters. You are in need of rest and harmony, but these are often hard to find during the winter. Allow yourself a beautiful journey or another attractive perspective. You really need it now and than.
Study and Job: Around the turn of the year your operating capacity is not that good, so make a good time out of the Christmas holidays. Concentrate on your efforts, if possible, on April and the following months. You are very disciplined by then, though you can expect disagreement with a teacher. From June on, much will change within your study and job.
 

Leo – the Lion
(23 July – 23 August)

Personal: It is time for you to have some serious conversations. You’re not feeling good, but do you dare to confess this? You have your pride after all…During the winter you therefore react unreasonably. Some Leos have a hidden or secret relation. Life does not get easier that way.
Study and Job: You know that you have to work hard. You will succeed best if you can work or study together with someone. When April’s over, you could be distracted by financial business. Not the first time, so regulate it well!
 

Virgo – the Virgin
(24 August – 23 September)

Personal: You probably haven’t had an easy time, and you have changed. Mind yourself now; you know your own values better. Some people are shocked with this. Try to show understanding for these people and be tactful during the winter, as fights are breaking out soon.
Study and Job: You totally concentrate on your study. Perhaps you must cancel your job. Watch out for problems in communication or errors in judgments and calculations, during the turn of the year. Before you know it, things go wrong. Concentrate on the heaviest things in the spring. 

Libra – the Scales.
(24 September – 23 October)

Personal: Big changes ask for many questions. Take over the wheel of your life, free of everybody else. The choices that you have to make, make you feel dizzy, but prefer to see it as a challenge. In June, exciting times will come, as far as relationships are concerned. Nothing is definite!
Study and Job: You do a lot, but not always that coordinated or concentrated. Think first before you start something, in order to avoid chaos. You are extremely inspired, though. Introduce a meditation now and then, as it will help to calm down.
 

Scorpio – the Scorpion
(24 October – 22 November)

Personal: High time to calm down a bit and to think more about you. You are a passionate fighter, who fastens his teeth into everything. Create more space in your life, also for love. Surprising romance can cross your path. Dare to open your arms, instead of keeping yourself off this insecurely!
Study and Job: Everything crossing your path is taken very seriously. That is a quality, but it also slows down. Sometimes your head looks like a train slowly getting into its stride. Nevertheless, you will have to work and act quickly from June on. Follow your intuition in that.
 

Sagittarius – the Archer
(23 November – 21 December)

Personal: Your mind often drifts away from reality. You are full of dreams. Totally against your principles, you often lock yourself up at home. You are sooner tired compared to others. Take some extra vitamins and avoid alcohol and drugs. Those are not turning out well at the moment. From June on you will get in to a new dynamism. And a new lover?
Study and Job: The school year starts very slowly, but from October you will make some progress. However, so many things are occupying your head that your concentration is not at its peak. It will get better in April.
 

Capricorn – the Goat
(22 December – 20 January)

Personal: You have got the feeling that this is going to be a crucial year. And it is. Everything you are going to do and choose, will have influence on your course of life. Carefully you weigh up the pros and cons and you are willing to put things aside in order to achieve your goals. You are acting a bit solo, but it doesn’t matter as it is necessary.
Study and Job: You fully concentrate on your tasks in the world. Maybe you will get a new function or you want to choose a new study direction. You definitely don’t want anything to distract you, although it is a bit of a chaos in your head sometimes.
 

Aquarius – the Water Carrier
(21 January – 19 February)

Personal: Your ideals are getting more realistic. You intend to strive for them all. As the year is passing by, that wish is getting stronger. Because you are a real thinker, you don’t always have a talent in reacting. But during the summer you take important choices and measures.
Study and Job: When you have the feeling that you only act out of obligations, you get really fed up with this. You’re in need of inspiration and motivation. Look carefully whether you’re not losing the track. It’s time to discover your true mission!
 

Pisces – the Fishes
(20 February – 20 March)

Personal: You have put your strength in the world lately, and sometimes you are headstrong and stimulating. You may do more with this attitude during the summer. Change some of your choices of life and don’t hold on to your forged securities.
Study and Job: It is clear you like to do things your own way. Plans to start your own business? Work out an idea that has been shelved for ages? Do it now! Don’t let limited thoughts hinder you. Your intuition leads you in the right direction.
