Students heavily assaulted

At the end of last month, two students from the HAN became victim of random violence in the park Presikhaaf in Arnhem, next to the HAN-campus. The two students walked through the park after a party, where they got attacked without any reason, by a group of boys
Nobody arrested yet
The police have not been able yet to arrest the boys.
Sensor spoke to the father of one of the victims, who revealed more details about the incident. According to him, one of the students had an injury which prevented him from running away. The perpetrators had pulled him to the ground and kicked into him. Especially his head had to take the rap for it, which got the victim unconscious. The second victim got a tough beating while he was trying to stop the violence. One of the students was also thrown in the water. The boys finally succeeded to call the alarm-number. Not much later the police and the ambulance were at the spot. Although the perpetrators were watching the scene from a distance at that moment, the police haven’t arrested anybody yet. The investigation is still running.
Delay in the study
The victim who has been attacked most heavily by the perpetrators, is afraid of a delay in his study. He still has a light concussion because of the violence and couldn’t focus during the exams, which he had to do one week after the fight.
According to his father, both students are convinced that Arnhem has only just escaped from a silent march with white balloons.
