Fashion-students from Arnhem present themselves during the Arnhem Fashion Biennale among international designers. This event presents the current fashion designing.
The third edition takes place from 6 June till 6 July 2009. It is initiative from the city council of Arnhem and ArtEZ academy for the arts. The students of ArtEZ Fasion 2009 present their final examination collections in a series of spectacular shows, the 2nd and 3rd July in Arnhem Fashion Biennale. A part of the shows contains the ‘Collection Arnhem’ from the third-year-students.
More than eighty fashion designers
For instance Comme des Garcons, Christopher Kane, Rodarte and Thom Browne are new names on the participants list, which further consists of fashion marks as Lanvin, Jil Sander, Maison Martin Margiela and Hussein Chalayan. In total, more than eighty fashion designers from home and abroad work together on the exhibitions with the theme SHAPE.
Entrance-tickets for the show cost €15.00.
Exhibition €5.00 for students.
