HBO-knowledge bank developed into sizeable information-source

The HBO-knowledge bank is an online databank for extended essays, researches, papers and articles from students, teachers and lecturers. 10,000 products can be found in the databank at the moment. Monthly, 28,000 interested persons visit this digital database. The database is part of SURF.
HAN materials
Materials from HAN-students are in the databank as well. Gabri Jansen and Kees Lodder wrote a paper about the soupkitchenproject (soepkeukenproject) in Theewaterskloof in South-Africa. It is fun to read if you want to go to South-Africa yourself for a work placement or final project, for example, but also to see what appreciation these students received for their paper. From HAN University, 66 papers and 3 publications are published in the databank. That is incredibly few, (Fontys university has 3000 papers to be read), but something is done about that.
English materials
For English-speaking students, or for those who prefer to see only English documents, there is an extensive search-function. Press the button ‘Search’, you will see a screen where you can adjust different searching-functions, including the language.
